If you are used to cooking recipes, jut cook vegan recipes… there are millions of vegan recipes for free online.
If you don’t really like to cook, and prefer to eat pre-prepared foods, just buy the vegan versions of all the same foods you’re used to eating…. frozen entrees, burritos, frozen pizza, mac & cheeze, etc… All grocery stores now have pre-prepared vegan foods, some stores more than others. Even WalMart carries some pre-prepared vegan food brands. The number of vegan products in grocery stores grows every year.
These are some of the more common easy-to-find brands:
- Gardein (meat substitutes)
- Tofutti (dairy substitutes- cream cheese, sour cream, etc…)
- Daiya (cheese substitutes- cheddar, mozzarella, pepperoni pizza, cheeze cake, etc…)
- Silk (milks)
- Amy’s (frozen entrees)

Don’t forget that there are many foods that you have enjoyed your whole life that have always already been vegan! Just eat more of these:
- peanut butter & jelly
- most breakfast cereals
- oatmeal & Cream of Wheat
- Cracker Jacks, potato chips, pretzels, french fries
- huge list of ordinary processed foods that are accidentally vegan
Eating out at restaurants is really not that hard. For example, it’s super easy to eat a very inexpensive vegan meal at Taco Bell and Subway. Vegan restaurants are becoming more commonplace all the time. And more and more regular restaurants are becoming “vegan-friendly” with vegan selections on their menus. Seriously, you do not need to feel the least bit deprived in any way whatsoever. Vegans love food just as much as everyone else does! Do you really think that the world’s millions of vegans go around feeling deprived every day? Of course not! There are vegan hotdogs, donuts, cake, bbq, cookies, ice cream, gourmet food, etc… everything!
